Both Fred and Deb are certified by the most prestigious professional ballroom dance organization in the world: American International Dancers Association (AIDA) formerly, the U.S. Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (U.S.I.S.T.D) as teachers, competing professionals, and adjudicators. Fred,Deb, and Rhonda have over 38 years teaching experience.

Deborah is listed in Marqui's Who's Who In American Women since 1993 and the National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals since 2003.  Deborah is also an  adjunct faculty member at Penn State University, and formerly Susquehanna University and HACC.
